Georgia Movies in
the Park ™ series to Come to Villa Rica
Villa Rica Parks & Recreation announces
its Georgia Movies in the Park
series, a series of outdoor
family-friendly festivals held at
the Villa
Rica Civic Center & Sports Complex, that
conclude with an blockbuster
movie being shown on a huge inflatable
movie screen. The events are
free.
Pre-movie entertainment begins at 7:00
p.m., when families can enjoy
entertainment such as NoJoe’s Clown
Circus, face painting, moonwalk
and
inflatable slide. Free movies begin at
dusk, when Southern Outdoor
Cinema
lights up its giant two-story tall
inflatable screen.
New this year to the series will be
Guitar Hero video game
competitions.
Contestants will be taking gaming to the
next level by competing on a
large screen.
Bring lawn chairs, a blanket and enjoy
concessions that will be
available
at the parks. No alcoholic beverages or
glass containers are allowed.
